No Need to Panic

When you receive your EMS-HW or LCHW unit from Progressive Industries you may think we've forgotten to include your remote digital display (HW Units) or display board (LCHW units), cable and extra hardware in your shipping box—but we didn't. All these items are included INSIDE your unit. Simply remove the two (2) screws from the lid and open the unit where you'll find these additional items securely wrapped for shipping.

So you see...no need to panic. Progressive Industries sends you everything you need to install your new unit. Happy RVing!
