Thank you for your prompt assistance
with the repair of my power monitoring
system. The circuit card did the
trick and the system is back doing its
job. I hope to thank you
personally at the next FMCA or Newmar
rally.

I have the EMS-HW50 installed in my 1998
Dutch Star diesel pusher. I've
never known it to do anything but accept
shore power when plugged in. Last
week however, I was plugged into 50 amp
power at a friend's house. Every
night sometime between 11:00 PM and 2:00
AM, the EMS would shut off power to the
coach. Sometimes it would make
several attempts and shut down before
finally allowing power to my autoformer
and power transfer switch. I was
able to read an "P E6" error code on
line 2. I can only conclude that
Clay Electric (Florida) was transmitting
- perhaps through a defective
transformer - more than 132 volts to
line 2 late at night. For a long
time my friend has been changing blown
light bulbs too often in his house.
This high voltage may be why. I
want to thank you for offering the
EMS-HW50. I have no way to
determine what ill effects the
intermittent high voltage condition
might have caused to my coach's
electrical components without your unit.
Yours is a very important preventative
component to us, especially as we have
just begun our full time RV'ing
adventure!

I just wanted to drop you a short note
to thank you again for getting my
Progressive system fixed. Having
you answer the phone to help get me
electrical power on Memorial Day weekend
was an unbelievable surprise. Your
thoughtful, timely handling of that
episode and the prompt replacement parts
shipment and technical assistance to
install them was spectacular. Your
almost unbelievable customer service
certainly has made me a dedicated user
and spokesperson for your system.

Wow, I can't thank you enough for your
help in replacing my EMS. I am
currently in Twin Oaks RV Park, in Elko,
Georgia. It is rated as the number
one RV park in Georgia, by Good Sam, and
Woodalls. Be assured, everybody in
this park knows what a company you are.
Also, I have sent the following to Good
Sam magazine. Again, thank you
very much.
January 25, 2008
Dear Good Sam,
I just had to write and tell you about the
fantastic service I just received from Thomas E.
Fanelli, President of Progressive Industries.
I have been using their product called an EMS,
(Electrical Management System), for six years
now. This product plugs into the RV parks shore
power, then, my coach power plugs into this EMS.
It protects my onboard electrical systems, and
thus all electrical appliances, from high/low
voltage, open grounds, power surges etc.
Over the past six years this system has
performed flawlessly, and yes, it has saved me
from several parks with open grounds, and one
park with very low voltage. Recently the
plug on my EMS burnt to a crisp and also the
park plug burnt. To this day I’m not sure
what caused it, whether it was my equipment or
the park plug. I repaired the EMS with a new
pigtail, and on plugging it in, found that it
would not allow power to flow through it to my
coach. I sent an email to Progressive
Industries asking what else I should look for in
order to repair it. Well, Mr. Thomas Fanelli
responded to my email the very next day and the
following is a quote from him. “Tom, let’s
make it easy on you and me by you shipping it to
us at your cost and we will repair or replace it
at no charge and we pay to ship it back.” I just
had to write to my favorite RV magazine so all
your readers could know what a company this is,
to provide that type of service on one of their
products after six years. It is January
31, and I received a brand new one today.
What a company!
